To assist you in determining the correct asking price We will provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of comparable properties sold and offered for sale in your neighborhood. 5) GUIDANCE THROUGH THE SALES PROCESS I’m there throughout the contract stage, through closing and beyond. There’s a lot that takes place in the background to get your property sold and closed. Your home doesn’t have to compete for ad space in the office ad with 100 other Realtors 11) OPEN HOUSES Open house until SOLD Program available, ask for details.
